We want every customer to feel confident and satisfied with their skincare journey. Because our products are used directly on the skin, we take hygiene and safety very seriously.
Returns & Eligibility

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging. For hygiene and safety reasons, opened skincare products cannot be returned or refunded.

Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required to process a return.
Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, you will receive an email notification about the status of your refund.

Approved refunds will be credited back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases where the product is defective or an error was made on our part.
Exchanges

If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact our customer support at support@glowcens.com within 7 days of delivery. We will replace it at no additional cost.
Non-Refundable Items

Gift cards, promotional items, and sale/discounted products are final sale and cannot be refunded.

Personalized skincare bundles or trial kits cannot be returned once opened.
Allergic Reactions
Because every skin type is unique, results may vary. We recommend a patch test before first use. If you experience an allergic reaction, please discontinue use immediately and contact our support team for guidance on next steps.
