Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

  • Orders placed on Friday after 12 PM will be processed the following Monday.

Domestic & International Shipping

  • We ship both locally and internationally using trusted carriers.

  • Standard Shipping: 5–12 business days.

  • Express Shipping: 2–5 business days (available in select locations).

  • Shipping times may vary depending on destination, customs clearance, and unforeseen courier delays.

Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

  • Customers are responsible for tracking and receiving their packages.

Customs & Duties

  • International orders may be subject to customs fees, duties, or taxes imposed by your local government. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

  • We are not liable for delays caused by customs processing.

Lost or Delayed Orders

  • While we work with reliable carriers, we are not responsible for lost or delayed shipments caused by circumstances outside of our control (weather, customs, courier strikes, etc.).

  • If your package is lost, please contact us and we will work with the carrier to investigate.
